Throwback Thursday
A year ago today, we lost one of the best hip hop/R&B artists of our time, Nate Dogg. This was something I never thought I'd see, and a year later, I'm still lost. He died at 41 due to complications from multiple strokes. R.I.P. Nate Dogg August 19, 1969 – March 15, 2011

Tech N9ne "Klusterfuk EP"
If you haven't noticed over time, or if you don't know me personally, Tech N9ne is one of my favorite hip hop artists ever.
Today he released his latest EP "Klusterfuk" complete with 6 tracks of hip hop on that other level that very few dare to go. Tech experiments with his voice and his flow a lot on this release, as he tries to do on every song he makes. The production is handled by his latest Strange Music signees ¡Mayday!, who gave Tech a mix of live instruments, a range of guitars, a little bit of trance/dubstep bass, and some old-school hip hop beats.
Here's a snippet of the title track "Klusterfuk"
It's hard to pick a favorite track on Tech's releases because his music is THAT good, but if I had to pick one, it'd be the Krizz Kaliko assisted "Can't Stand Me" listen here
If you like what you hear, you can purchase the Klusterfuk EP through iTunes or directly from his Strange Music store.
The Rise & Fall Of A Campaign
I got into an argument with an acquaintance the other day about the Kony 2012 deal. I simply came across the video, posted the video, and did my own research and found out what's really going on in the "vast jungles of Africa." Before I could even type anything anywhere, there were so many videos and reports done already stating what the truth is behind it. So I simply posted the article done by Alex Jones.
This acquaintance decided to get on my case and say "Alex Jones can find a conspiracy in anything. I thought you were all about it a few days ago when it all hit the news? And now you're not? I'm kinda lost." I had to explain my case, and it was just a ridiculous argument that I won because I wasn't "all about it." I posted it, and said nothing but "here watch this video." Found stories about it being a hoax, put a question mark after the word hoax, and suddenly I'm "about it" and then against it? No. I was passing on news. Period.
But I digress. Here's a video that gives you a little more detail into the info behind the Kony campaign, made by some friends of mine [shout out to Josh and Michelle. And, well, I haven't met "Mr. Random" aka the white guy in the video, but shout out to him as well].
See more of their stuff at Nerds With Passports.
And here's a really funny and blunt way to explain it:

12.21.12 is just another day
Doomsday. Apocalypse. Armageddon. The end of days. We've all heard of it. We've all seen it in movies, especially a lot more in recent years. But is it true or not? I've had questions, but I've always had my doubts, about whether or not "the world will end" or if we will have some sort of disaster happen on December 21, 2012.
Well, here's a video directly from Don Yeomans, head of the Near-Earth Objects Program Office at NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory explaining, debunking rather, the 2012 Mayan myth. Wipe the sweat from your brow.
The George Takei Happy Dance
George Takei, who famously played Lt. Sulu on 'Star Trek' has taken on different roles since the 1970s, including some political stances, working on Japanese/American relations, and even being a gay rights activist. He's also had a recurring gag on 'Family Guy.'
Takei's newest venture was to raise money for the new Broadway musical 'Allegiance' which focuses on the internment of Japanese Americans during World War II. The campaign was a success, raising more than $158,000 for the production.
He was so happy, that he decided to do a happy dance and post it on YouTube, at the behest of his husband. This is pretty hilarious. Spread this video.
I still think the M&Ms Super Bowl commercial using this song was a bit funnier.

311
Today is 3.11 and I usually listen to their self-titled album "311" because it takes me back to an interesting time in my childhood. Just thought I'd share.
Biggie Murder Update 2?
Now THIS is a conspiracy on top of a conspiracy. I posted an article last summer that I thought had Biggie's murder solved.
I just ran across an article from 2 days ago [the 15th anniversary of B.I.G.'s death] and it says the following, and I'm confused:
from Complex
Fifteen years after Biggie's murder, retired detective Greg Kading debunks a few bogus theories and explains why the case will never officially be solved.
According to the police detective who spent three years investigating the murder of Biggie Smalls, the man pictured above—Wardell Fouse a.k.a Darnell Bolton a.k.a. “Poochie”—was the triggerman who killed Biggie fifteen years ago today. His fee for murdering the greatest rapper of all time? $13,000.
On March 9, 1997, Christopher Wallace, a.k.a. The Notorious B.I.G., was shot to death while sitting in a Chevy Suburban outside of a hip-hop industry party in Los Angeles. Biggie’s drive-by shooting occurred just six months after his friend turned foe, 25-year-old Tupac Shakur, suffered a similar fate after a boxing match in Las Vegas. These killings remain the worst tragedies in hip-hop history.
Seeing the two greatest rappers of a generation cut down in their prime was bad enough. The death of two young men who were so beloved by their family, friends, and fans was worse still. Adding insult to injury, Big and Pac were both murdered on busy city streets, in view of numerous witnesses. Yet there has never been an arrest in either case and both murders remain officially unsolved to this day.
Greg Kading is neither a journalist nor a conspiracy theorist. A retired L.A.P.D. detective, he was in charge of the special task force that investigated Christopher Wallace’s murder.
There's lots more to read, go to Complex to read it all.

KONY 2012 HOAX?
WOW. READ ON.

NGO Invisible Children’s Kony 2012, a documentary about the sketchy African warlord Joseph Kony, went viral on YouTube last week.

Joseph Kony: another Osama-like villain.
“With its slick Hollywood production values, the film has been an almost instant viral success, dominating Twitter worldwide and having one of the fastest ever take-offs on You Tube,” Polly Curtis and Tom McCarthy wrote for the Guardian on Thursday. “The hashtag #stopkony has had hundreds of thousands of tweets, and millions of people now know something about Uganda and what is happening to children there. Support for the campaign to end the conflict in the country this year is spreading.”
A constellation of celebrities and politicians have lined up behind the film and support its call to track down Joseph Kony of the Lord’s Resistance Army (LRC) and put him in the docket at the United Nation’s International Criminal Court for exploiting children in his war in Uganda. Lady GaGa, Bill Gates, George Clooney, Bill Clinton, Sean “Puff Daddy” Combs, Harry Reid, Angeline Jolie and other supposedly “liberal” notables are behind the Invisible Children plan to snag Kony before the end of 2012. The film was tweeted by the likes of Rihanna, Justin Bieber, Oprah Winfrey, and Ryan Seacrest.
Film star and CFR “ambassador” Angelina Jolie voiced her support last week during the Third Annual Women In The World Summit in New York. Jolie’s image appears near the end of Kony 2012 (a virtual blessing of the effort by the CFR, although the globalist confab has publicly complained about the cynical manipulation of facts by Invisible Children).
